To remove the upper support of the burr, rotate the metal
ring (A) counter-clockwise until it uncouples.
Loosen the screws shown in
the picture and remove the
calibration lever.
In replacing the burrs, take care that the
two references shown in the picture are
aligned
Lower burr (1) and upper burr (2)
7.3. Burrs
Loosen the screw shown in the picture and remove
the lower burr. In the assembly, pay attention to repla-
ce the three springs and the three spheres correctly.
To adjust the distance between the burrs
- reconnect the coffee grinder and turn it on
- rotate the metal ring (A) clockwise carefully, until the
two burrs brush against each other
- rotate the metal ring (A) back counter-clockwise
by one notch
Removed the cover of the upper burr by
pressing on the blades shown in the pic-
ture (A) and remove the burr uncoupling
it from the stops shown in the picture.
