If improper operation which requires adjustments is detected, stop the machine and carry out the operations
described in chapter 7, ADJUSTMENTS.
5.3 DAILY START UP
(references for the controls given in chapter 6, USE OF THE MACHINE)
- Connect the machine to the compressed air line.
- Turn on the electricity supply by using main switch QS1.
The machine is now ready to run in either manual or automatic mode.
- Turn selector switch SA100 to “manual” to run the machine in manual mode.
- The green run button and the red stop button are used for manual operation.
- Turn selector switch SA100 to “automatic” to run the machine in automatic mode, in line with the next machine.
- Button SB101 resets any faults and sets the machine up for operation.
- Button SB30M starts the automatic cycle if the machine is set up for “local” operation (selector switch SA30 set to
“local”).
- Button SB30A stops the automatic cycle if the machine is set up for “local” operation (selector switch SA30 set to
“local”).
- Make sure no LEDs are on (red alarm). If one is, remedy the trouble and reset the machine with button SB101.
