4.2 POSITIONING THE MACHINE
(references in figure 4.2/A)
The various parts that make up the machine, whose specifications, weights, dimensions and hook-up points to the lift
systems have already been dealt with, are to be assembled and placed as shown in the figure. Follow the order and
methods given below.

WARNING!
Pay careful attention to the position of the cap infeed channel A and exit channel B that leads to the next machine.
Make sure the work area around the machine is always as shown in the figure.
- Lift the machine body (see figure 4.1).
- Place the machine body in the required position (see figure 4.2/A).
- Take off the guards to access the feet (see figure 4.2/B).
- Level the machine body with the feet by loosening and tightening the screws. Use a spirit level to check. Fully tighten
the lock nuts of the feet once perfectly level.

WARNING!
Pay careful attention to the height of the infeed and exit channels (A and B) in relation to the floor: the exact
measurements are given in the figure.
- Lift the switchboard (see figure 4.1).
- Put the switchboard in the required position, following the directions given in figure 4.2/A and staying at the required
distance from the machine body.
