Loading the upper and lower baskets

The upper basket is designed to hold delicate and light items such as glasses, cups, saucers, 
serving bowls and shallow pans�
The lower basket is designed to take saucepans, lids, plates, salad bowls, cutlery etc� 
Serving dishes and large lids should be arranged around the edge of the basket, ensuring that the 
upper spray arm can turn freely�
Arrange items so that water can reach all surfaces�

To make full use of the space in the lower basket when 
large dishes are loaded, the lower basket has tilting 
plate supports which can be stowed horizontally�

Loading the cutlery rack and basket

The cutlery should be arranged in a specific way inside the rack and basket, with the handles pointing 
downwards� Knives and forks should be placed with handles up for safety�
Take care during loading to avoid injury from the knife blades�

The height of the upper basket can be adjusted� To move the upper basket to a higher or lower 
position, proceed as follows:
1�  Open the left and right guide rail stops to unlock the upper basket�
2�  Slide out the basket�
3�  Refit the basket to the desired position, making sure the height is the same on the left and right 

sides�

4�  Replace the stops to lock the basket in position�
