TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Alarm beeps 2 times every 40
seconds.
Low battery warning. Replace the batteries with three new AA

Alarm beeps once every 40
seconds.
Fault warning. Units under warranty should be returned
to the manufacturer for replacement. See
the Warranty section.
Alarm accessory installed but
Garage Door Opener is not com-
municating with the Wi-Fi router.
Possible interference. Consider moving your Wi-Fi router or
installing a booster.
CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM
Alarm sounds two minutes after
being reset.
CO levels indicate a potentially dangerous
situation.
