Information The Software, and all information, data, drawings, designs,
specifications, documentation, and other items (in any form
whatsoever) which the Licensor may (directly or indirectly) disclose or
otherwise make available to the End User during the course of or in
anticipation of this EULA.
Ash Product The product on which the Software is installed
Software The software which is pre-installed on the Ash Product and any
upgrades, revisions, or new versions which may be supplied by the
Licensor or made available to the End User from time to time
Start Date The date of purchase of the Ash Product
