ADJUSTING THE STEERING COLUMN AND THE
FRONT WHEEL
1. Check that the front wheel is in line with the
steering column. If you need to adjust it, loosen
the screw (C) as shown in the picture using a
suitable tool.
2. Place the wheel in the correct position and then
tighten the screw (C).
If you want to adjust the resistance when steering,
you can use an adjustable wrench (not included).
To make the steering lighter: First loosen the top nut
(D) and then loosen the lower nut (E). Then tighten
the top nut (D).
To make the steering heavier: First loosen the top nut
(D) and then tighten the lower nut (E). Then tighten
the top nut (D).

INSERTING THE HANDLEBARS
• Insert the handlebars (J) into the steering column (F) and check that the release
button (K) pops out of the steering column. This will ensure that the handlebars
remain in place.
• When you want to fold up the scooter, press the release button, remove the handlebars
and attach them to the holder on the steering column.
