FITTING / SIZES
Use the size adjustment wheel at the back of the helmet to tighten or loosen your helmet in
order to guarantee the best fit! We offer a variety of sizes to ensure that you can choose the
size which provides the best fit for you, and will exchange any helmet within 14 days of receipt
for any sizing issues.
The helmet may not give the maximum level of protection in the case of an accident if it is too
loose or too tight, which may result in injury or death. It is your responsibility to ensure that your
helmet fits you correctly. The chinstrap must be fastened at all times when the helmet is in use.
Do not wear any other form of headwear along with this helmet.
If you notice any difficulties in the fitting of your helmet, please contact your
authorized RUROC dealer or customer service.
Wear the helmet horizontally (fig. A). It must not tilt forward (fig. B) or backwards (fig. C).
