5. BASIC OPERATION
5.1 Switching The Power On/Off
When the transceiver is switched off, press
the
VOL key to
power on
the transceiver. By
hold
ing the
VOL key for 2 seconds
,
the transceiver powers off.
5.2 Power voltage display function

The display
voltage range is from 9V to 17V, the display data
is rough data , if you need exact data pl

use
a
voltmeter
to
better indicate exact data.

2.5K, 5K, 6.25K, 10K, 12.5K, 20K, 25K, 30K and 50K total nine
step size available for this radio.
5.3 Adjusting the volume
When the transceiver is powered on, turn the VOL button and the
LCD screen will display
VOL-XX , where XX indicates the volume
value. Turn the VOL button clockwise to increase volume and counter
-clockwise to reduce volume. When the volume level
is set to the 1st
level, the transceiver's audio is muted
.
5.4 Adjusting Channel
In channel mode, short press [ ]/[ ] on front panel or [UP]/[DN] key
on microphone to increase or reduce channe
l
by one step.
Hold [ ]/[ ] on front panel or [UP]/[DN] key on microphone to fast
increase or
fast
reduce
the selection of
channel

.
When the transceiver is switched on, press the VOL button to
display the voltage on the LCD monitor. The LCD screen will
update it's display as the voltage changes. Press the VOL button
once again to change from the voltage display to normal use.
