X8 Instruction Set Reference Manual

Compare Instructions

The MEQ instruction is used to compare whether Source A and result of
Mask data value through ANDed is equal to Source B and result of Mask data
through ANDed.

For example:

If the EQM instruction is IN1=240 (0F0H

)

, and IN2=4080 (FF0H), compare

whether the two values are equal to F0H through ANDes. Then, these results
are compared to each other.

• IN1=240 (0F0H) AND MASK 0F0H = F0H

• IN1=240 (FF0H) AND MASK 0F0H = F0H
