Do not copy timer elements while the timer enable bit (EN) is set.
Timing could be inaccurate if the timer refers timer elements from
outside since the timer uses an internal interrupt handling structurally.

Use an RSTA (Reset Accumulator) instruction to reset a timer's
accumulator and status bits.
