4 Using the accessories

4.2 Attaching accessories
Proceed as follows to
attach accessories
:
1.
Press the retaining clip at the suction hose adapter and
pull the hose out of its socket (Fig. 11).
2.
Press the telescopic tube release button (Fig. 13/a) and
pull the telescopic tube up out of its holder (Fig. 13/b).
WARNING:
Danger of injury! Only attach the nozzles if the appliance
is not connected to the power supply. Otherwise the
machine might start up and parts of your body, hair or
pieces of clothing might be sucked in.
ATTENTION:
Use only intact nozzles. Defective nozzles may scratch
or damage surfaces and objects.
NOTE:
If your brush vacuum cleaner has the optimal extension
hose, we recommend attaching this for even greater
reach.
To do this, connect both hoses as shown (Fig. 12). The
retaining clip of the standard suction hose (Fig. 12/1)
must audibly click into place when connected to the
extension hose (Fig. 12/2).
