Rotate the wheel and check for smooth

rotation.



Connect the speedo cable to speedo drive and

check for proper working of speedo meter.



Tighten the pinch bolt on the RH fork guide.

REAR WHEEL REMOVAL



Place vehicle on center stand on a firm and

flat surface.



Note and mark the position of the chain

adjuster butting

with the stopper on

the right side.



Remove split pin

and castle nut on

the RH side.



Remove

wheel

spindle from LH

side along with

chain adjuster,

taking care not to

drop the wheel

collar and spacer

from the RH side of

the wheel.



Tilt vehicle to LH

side and slide out

rear wheel.
