2.2 Keeping the original packaging
Keep the original packaging in a safe place over the entire service life of the product. Use
the packaging for storing and transporting the appliance. Only dispose of the packaging
after the product service life has come to an end. You can find information on the proper
disposal in Chapter 7.
2.3
Mounting the appliance on the wall
The wall bracket must be mounted before starting the appliance.
The appliance may only be used in a secure and horizontal position on the wall.
Ensure the required minimum distance to flammable objects and other hazard
sources (see Fig. 1).

Do not mount the appliance directly below a wall socket.

Mounting the appliance on the ceiling is prohibited.
Wall mounting
Check the load bearing capacity of the base surface before assembly and make
sure there are no cables below the intended area.
1. Remove the wall bracket of the frost guard by loos-
ening the two side screws and nuts.
2. Mount the wall bracket in a horizontal position on
the wall.
3. Mark the outer drill holes, insert the dowels and
fasten the wall bracket using the screws.
4. Hang the appliance into the wall bracket and tighten
the side fastening screws and nuts.
