1. Make sure the
heating level switch
(see Fig. 1, No. 1) is at "
0
". Then
connect the ceramic fan heater to
an earthed socket protected with an
earth-leakage circuit breaker. (Make
sure the fan functions without fault.
You need to determine from the
operating noise whether the fan is
operating normally or humming and
whether hot air is blowing our of the
air grille)
2. Now switch on the appliance by
moving the
heating level switch
(see
Fig. 1, No. 1) to the desired position.
The following applies here:
0
OFF position
If the heating level switch is in this
position, the appliance is switched off.
Fan position
If the heating level switch is in this
position, only the fan is operated.
Move the switch to this position if
you wish to use the appliance as a
ventilator. The thermostat must be at
MAX. here.

Heating level 1
If the heating level switch is in this
position, the ceramic fan heater will
provide a heat output of 900 W.

Heating level 2
If the heating level switch is in this
position, the ceramic fan heater will
provide a heat output of 1800 W.

Important information!
An odour can briefly form when first
put into operation or after a longer
period without heating.
4.3 Setting the temperature
1.
Start the appliance by setting the
desired
heating power using the
heating level switch
(see Fig. 1, No. 1).
2. Turn the
temperature control
(see Fig.
1, No. 2) clockwise as far as it will go.
3. Once the desired temperature has
been reached, turn the temperature
control anticlockwise until you hear a
distinct click. An integrated thermostat
control now automatically switches the
appliance on and off, thereby ensuring
a more or less constant temperature.
4.4 Switching off the appli

The ventilator must continue running
for about 1 minute before switching off.
2. Move the
heating level switch
(see
Fig. 1, No. 1) to position "
0
".
3. Pu
ll the power plug out of the socket.
Attention danger!
Wait until appliance has cooled down
before covering or putting it away.
4.5 Storage
Protect the appliance against dust, dirt
and insects. Cover the appliance with the
sheet provided so that it is protected from
impurities and damage or malfunctions
caused this.
