2. Preparing the Product for Operation
2.1 Unpacking the scope of supply
Check whether the scope of supply is complete and free of defects imme-
diately after opening the packaging. Contact the seller immediately if the
scope of supply is incomplete or defective. Do not put the appliance into
operation if it is defective.
2.2 Keeping the original packaging
Keep the original packaging in a safe place over the entire service life of the prod-
uct. Use the packaging for storing and transporting the appliance. Only dispose
of the packaging after the product service life has come to an end. You can find
information on the proper disposal in Chapter 7.
2.3 Setting up the appliance
The appliance may only be operated in a secure, vertical and stable position.
Always ensure the minimum distance to be complied with of 90 cm to all sides,
flammable objects and other hazard sources.

Do not position the appliance directly below a wall socket.

Mounting the appliance on the ceiling is prohibited.
