USING THE HAND BLENDER
o
This hand blender is designed for chopping, mixing and pureeing vegetables, fruit,
meat, nuts, coffee, etc.
o
Before turning the blender on, put the end with the blades into the food you are
preparing. For optimum results, move the blade end up and down in the food (see
Fig. 1).

USING THE CHOPPING BLADE
o
You can use the chopping blade to grind and chop various foodstuffs, e.g.: meat,
herbs, soft nuts, cheese, bread, onions, biscuits, soft fruit and vegetables, etc. To
assemble the unit, please refer to Figure 4. (Caution: Please be careful as the blade
is sharp).

USING THE WHISK
o
You can use the whisk for beating cream or egg whites, or to make mayonnaise, etc.

CLEANING
o
Before you carry out any cleaning always pull out the mains plug. All of the parts,
except for the motor part, can be washed under running water. Only wipe the
motor part with a damp cloth.

MAINTENANCE
o
Never use the appliance if the cable, mains plug, switch or the housing is damaged.
Only our service centre staff may carry out any repairs.
•
DISPOSAL
o
For proper disposal, the unit is to return to the dealer, the service agent or the
company Rotel AG.
