INSTRUCTION MANUAL
o
The speeds of the hand-‐agitator can be adjusted with the 5 settings switch (2). The
appliance stops at the 0 setting (off).
o
Not for prolonged use: The appliance is designed to be used for short bursts of 10
minutes.
o
When mixing or kneading, you always start with the settings 1-‐2 and after a little
while move on to settings 4-‐5. At the highest number of revolutions, the appliance
attains the best results with optimal cooling. If the motor is to be put under a heavy
strain, it should only be used at setting 5.
o
The highest number of revolutions can be achieved immediately by using the Turbo
Power button (3).
o
Working with the hand mixer is very simple. Pick the hand mixer up with your hand
and turn it on with your thumb. Depending on the amount of mixture to be worked
on, use either a larger or smaller bowl or container. Every dish, every pot, every
glass is suitable for the job provided that the agitators can rotate freely inside it.
