b) Programme selection
• Tap the touch key for programme selection to switch between the different programmes.
NOTE: The control unit switches back to standby mode automatically, if there is no
further operation within 3 minutes after switching on.
c) Change runtime setting
• By tapping the touch key “+” runtime setting can be increased in 5-minute
steps up to 2 hours.
• By tapping the touch key “-” runtime setting can be reduced in 5-minute
steps to 5 minutes.
TIP:
By touching the Touch Control sensor permanently, the setting can be
made in quick succession.
NOTE: The control unit switches back to standby mode automatically, if
there is no further operation within 3 minutes after switching on.
d) Start programme / keep warm function
• Tap the touch key START/CANCEL to start the selected programme.

Activating the touch key is confi rmed by a signal tone.

The display of the selected programme lights up permanently.
• The appliance starts the cooking process.

The display shows the residual time.

The colon between the time data fl ashes. This means that the selected programme is
activated.
• The end of the set programme is indicated by a 3-time acoustic signal tone.
• The keep warm function starts automatically for 60 minutes.

The display shows the ascending runtime of the keep warm function by fl ashing
time data.
Taking out food
• Press the release button to open the casing cover.
• Than carefully open the casing cover completely so that consensus water can
be safely collected on the gasket ring and in the condensation channel.
ATTENTION: When opening the lid, hot steam or hot water can escape!
CAUTION: Never use cooking utensils made of metal as this will damage
the non-stick coating. We recommend using heat-resistant potholders for
protection when removing the cooking pot, rice/steam insert and hot
dishes as well as when stirring in the pot!
