Operating the appliance
WARNING: Read all safety advices and instructions! Non-
observance of the safety advices and instructions may cause
electric shock, fi re and/or bad injuries!
„Standby“ mode
• Connect the power plug to a properly installed
and suffi ciently fused power socket.
• There is a short check of the electronics. The
display shows all available indications fl ashing up.
• Once the check of the electronics is fi nished, this is
confi rmed by a signal tone and the display shows
“OFF“.
• The control is in “Standby” mode.
Switching-on the appliance
• Place a suitable cookware in the middle of the
cooking zone.
• For switching-on touch the main switch
”ON/OFF“.
• Tapping on the sensor is confi rmed by a signal
tone and the display shows “00”.
• Now decide on the cooking mode you would
like to work with (either “power level” or
“temperature level” mode).
NOTE: If there is no further activation within
60 seconds after switch-on, the control will switch
back to the “Standby” mode.
