11. TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Verify that the deep fryer is plugged in

by pushing it in all the way.

Cooking method
We recommend a 2 step method for preparing
fresh French fries, cook at 170°C for 9 to 11
min. and then at 90°C for 1 to 2 min. until they
