After Configuration
1. Once configuration is complete, the Host will receive an invitation from
VendElectric to set up their Back Office.
2. Engage with the customer to install the VendElectric application to their
smartphone (or similar device) from either the
App Store
for Apple devices or from
Google Play
for Android devices.

The application is also accessible on almost any device with a web browser.

3. Discuss an appropriate maintenance plan with the chargepoint owner/operator
based on their anticipated usage, the guidance given in the maintenance section
of this manual, and any regulatory requirements in the geographical region of use.
NOTE:
If the end user will not be using the VendElectric application they will need to use
an alternative service provider and the chargepoint will need to be configured as
appropriate to work with that provider’s application.
