Canceling Output from the Computer (canceling standby output data)

Procedure



Windows 7

Click [Start] >> [Devises and Printers].

Windows Vista

Click [Start] >> [Control Panel] >> [Hardware and Sound] >> [Printers].

Windows XP

Click [Start] >> [Printers and Faxes].



Double-click the BN-20 icon.



Click [Printer] >> [Cancel All Documents].

Depending on the computer data transfer status, it may be too late to cancel output. In this case, you need
to cancel output from the printer.
