5. AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2): Installing the Ink Cartridges

Affixing the Label for AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2) Models

Affix the label for 

AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink 

models so that it covers the label for ECO-SOL MAX models at the location shown 

in the figure.

AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2):Installing the Ink Cartridges

Never under any circumstances use anything other than the specified type of ink or cleaning fluid.

For ECO-SOL MAX ink models

CAUTION 

Never insert your hand or fingers into the opening of the front cover.

The print heads move at high speed inside the cover. Contact may cause injury.

Start up in the AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink mode.

Close the front cover.

Important!: The Ink Mode When Using AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2)

If you're using AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2), then when you switch on the power for the first time after 
purchase, you must start the machine in the AQUEOUS PIGMENT Ink mode. This operation can be performed 
only when switching on the power for the first time. Give careful attention to this matter, because failing 
to carry out this important operation makes the machine unable to use AQUEOUS PIGMENT ink (FPG2).
