Remove end caps and under covers from
crossbars.

Place crossbars onto Vertical Supports and center crossbar side-to-side.
•
Align the Adapters and M10 T-Bolts with the Vertical Supports Flanges.
•
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure crossbar is sitting flat on the Vertical Support Flanges.

Place crossbar onto Vertical Supports and center side-to-side.
•
Be sure to align the Adapter Blocks with the Vertical Supports Flanges.
•
Mark with pencil the crossbar location on each side of Vertical Support
Flange and Corner Brace foot for under cover installation.
•
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is important to step 7 that you ensure crossbar is
sitting flat on the Vertical Support Flanges. If the crossbar does not sit
flat, the carriage bolt might spin inside crossbar while tightening.

Remove crossbar from vertical supports. Remove adapter blocks from crossbars.

Measure to the distances

Using a small hack saw, cut the under cover to (2)length
