2. Machine type(s)
• This wheel dolly serves to support during mounting and/or removal of a truck wheel. No other use permitted. For professional use only.
• The dolly is not to be used for transporting wheels over a long distance.
• Please read the instructions carefully before starting the machine.
4. Operation
Lifting:(fig.10):
WARNING
Make sure that lifting only occurs on a flat and strong floor. The wheel/load should be lifted from the floor.
• Place the rollers (E) on either side of the wheel that should be lifted. Move the unit as close to the wheel as possible.
• Adjust the Vertical Tube (C) and Guide Arm (A) to prevent the wheel from dropping during manoeuvring.
• Once the Guide Arm(A) is placed currently, lock its position with handle (G2).
• Don‘t lock the Handle (G1) while lifting.
• Use the pump handle (N1) to lift the wheel now.
• Before end the lifting procedure, active safety pin(Q),so that the manual safety stop is activated in case of a hydraulic leak.
Lowering:(fig.10):
• Before releasing a load the lock (G1) should be released, allowing Inner Tube (B) to follow the tire down. Also release safety pin (Q).
• Due to the rules of gravity-that the wheel/load overcomes the resistence inside the hydraulic system, the load will be lowered once pressing
the pedal.
• If the load is not big enough or no load ,press the pedal and pump the handle (N1) together to lower the load.
• Stop the lowering movement by releasing the pedal.
WARNING
Before each use, check the dolly for leaks, cracked welds and for damaged, loose or missing parts; if any defects are
found, do not use until repaired.
WARNING
Locate the load centrally on the dolly.
WARNING
Do not exceed the working load limit / rated capacity of the dolly.
