Contacting Rockwell

Automation

If you must contact Rockwell Automation for assistance, have the following
information available when you call:

•

a clear statement of the problem, including a description of what the
system is actually doing. Note the status indicator state; also note input
and output image words for the module.

•

a list of remedies you have already tried.

•

processor type and firmware number. See the label on the processor.
