5. Set the top face down on a work surface or the floor.
Center the assembled frame upside down on the
underside of your material top and mark all three
screw locations on each Side Arm. Orient the
assembled frame so the end of the material top
where the Aluminum Ramp will be installed is
opposite the Pivot Point.

6. Drill stopped pilot holes and attach the frame to the
top with the appropriate screws for your material
thickness (not included).
7. Pivot the Post upright and fully insert Pivot Locking
Pin.

One side of the post is tapered slightly
to prevent the top from dropping suddenly; make sure
that this taper is on the same side as the knobs of
your base.

8. Turn the unit over and insert the post of the Frame
into the base of the Heavy-Duty Fliptop Roller
Stand (43399, sold separately) or 3-Row Ball
Bearing Stand (69201, sold separately).
9. Attach the Aluminum Ramp to the top with the included
Flathead Screws, making sure that the Aluminum Ramp
is on the same side of the post as the Pivot Locking Pin
and angled downward. Ensure Flathead Screws are fully
tightened to avoid material from catching during use.
