IDEA SKI BOOT SIZE ADJUSTMENT

Please read carefully this manual and keep it for future uses. 6 SIZES IN 1: FINALLY A SKI-BOOT GROWING WITH CHILDREN
We thank you for choosing IDEA, the first ski-boot equipped with a growth compensator system able to face the development of
children’s legs, ankles and feet in order to warrant an optimum balance among all the natural anthropometric parameters essential
to ensure the right barycentre. IDEA is a ski-boot developed suitably for young skiers, designed to ease a quick and amusing learning
and improvement of the skiing techniques in complete safety and able to offer an essential and fundamental support to the still fragile
children’s structure. RECOMMENDATION FOR USE The boots have been designed only for skiing purposes, so any other use may
be dangerous if not accompanied with due caution. We therefore kindly ask you to follow the below listed instructions: - Avoid the
excess wear of the soles which might compromise the perfect compatibility with the bindings - Do not alter the boots in any way
without prior authorization from the manufacturer in order to preserve their performance and safety - Any eventual repair has to be
followed only by qualified personnel in authorized centers - Be sure that the size adjusting lever placed on the heel is properly placed
into its lodge before skiing - Be sure of the correct closure of the boots before skiing - Be sure that the bindings are properly set in
order to match precisely the boot length and lodge them perfectly - Be sure that the whole sole surface is clean from snow or
whatsoever before fixing the boots to the bindings - Check out the proper functioning of any mechanism the boot from time to time

BELLOWS SYSTEM (LBS) The Liner Bellows System
– LBS – is a self-fitting device working through the shell Size Adjusting System
- SAS -, therefore no action needs to be taken to regulate the length of the liner after the shell has been adjusted through the SAS
(see pic. 2 at page 2). SAFETY AND BEHAVIOUR In order to get the best performance from your IDEA boots and to ski safely we
wish to give you the following tips (even though your personal responsibility in not limited to their respect): - Check the proper closure
of the boots. - Check the proper setting of the bindings. - Keep the control over your skiing at any time so as to be able to stop and
to avoid any obstacle or person easily and quickly. - Never skiing on trails, courses or slopes rated over your personal capabilities. -
Obey scrupulously any rule in effect on the trails, courses or slopes. - Do not ski out of the skiing areas. - Take always extreme care
and caution. MAINTENANCE To avoid damage or an early wear of your boots and its devices please comply with the following
instructions: - Clean your boots only using water avoiding any other chemical detergent or agent - After skiing dry the liners away
from any source of heat (as radiators, fireplaces, etc.). - Be sure that both boots and liners are completely dry before storing them
for a long time. - Close the buckles (not too tightly) and loose the mechanical devices before storing the boots for a long time. - Keep
the boots in a dry, out of intense and direct light inside the plastic bag they are supplied with. - Do not leave the boots fixed to the
bindings for a long time when not in use. This manual is valid for all the ski boot by Roces. We reserve the right to change product
specification at any time in order to supply the best product possible.
