Make the aileron and flap linkages from the
threads and the clevises, using screw locker. These
are about 57 mm and 72 mm long.

Screw the servos into the servo frames and adjust
them now in the servo pits with the linkages.

Lightly sand and clean the surface in the servo
shafts to ensure a good bond with 10-Min epoxy.

Position the servos with straight rods and glue the
frames.

The servo frames have to be milled out a little bit to
get enough space for the linkage travel.

The length of the aileron servo lever is about 9mm,
the flap servo lever about 11mm. The exact moun

ting is done when programming the transmitter.

Aileron neutral, aileron full up, aileron full down
