Defrosting can be paused by pressing

once or by opening the door. To resume 
defrosting while paused, close the door if open 
and or press

QUICKSTART 

1.

 

Place the food to be cooked or heated in a 
container suitable for use in a microwave then 
place inside the oven and close the door. 

2.

 

Press 

‘START’

 to begin cooking with a time of 

30 seconds. 

3.

 

Pressing 

‘START’

 again while running will add 

30 seconds to the timer. By pressing multiple 
times a maximum cooking time of 5 mins can 
be entered. 

4.

 

Cooking can be paused by pressing 

‘STOP’

 

once or by opening the door. To resume 
cooking while paused, close the door if open 
and or press 

‘START’

 Quickstart always runs at 100% power 

PROGRAMMED MENU

  

The microwave can store up to 20 Pre-
Programmed Time / Power sequences. 

1.

 

Place the food to be cooked or heated in a 
container suitable for use in a microwave then 
place inside the oven and close the door. 

2.

 

Select a pre-programmed sequence using the 

‘NUMERAL’

 pad to call up the desired 

program. To select program 10-20, touch the 

‘NUMERAL’

 pad twice rapidly, e.g. 1-1 = 

program 11, 2-2 = program 12, 3-3 = program 
13 etc. 

The oven will automatically begin the 
programmed cook sequence after a short pause. 

Note, if no program has been entered into a 
program position 

“NO DATA”

 will show on the 

display.
