3. Liability/Warranty

3.1 Liability

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH does not accept any liability for damage or impairments which occur as a
result of changes to the construction of this linear unit by third parties or changes to its protective
devices.
Only original spare parts should be used for repairs and maintenance.
RK Rose+Krieger GmbH does not accept liability for spare parts which it has not inspected and
approved.
If this is not done, the EC installation declaration becomes invalid.
Safety-related devices must be checked at least once a year for serviceability, damage and com-
pleteness.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the linear unit and changes to these installa-
tion instructions.
Advertising, public statements or similar announcements should not be used as a basis for the
quality and fitness for purpose of the product. Claims to RK Rose+Krieger GmbH regarding the
availability of earlier versions or adaptations to the current version of the linear unit will not be ac-
cepted.
