1.
Mount outside wall bracket on the support post, 16” from
the floor to the top of the bracket and 3/4” from the
outside of the post with the self tap/drill screws provided.
2.
Mount inside bracket on the wall with angle tight against
the retention rod bolt and 16” from the floor to the top of
the bracket,

Make sure mounting method will
hold if panel is impacted.
3.
The panel eyebolt should be approximately 3 1/2” above
the center of the slide rod.
4.
Slide eyebolt insert onto cord with insert facing up.
5.
To pre-tension the spring, pull 6” of cord out, tie a knot
below the eyebolt insert and then wrap around the slide
collar and fasten with cable clamp, cut excess cord,

Cord should be tensioned to maintain a 3 1/2” gap from
the panel to the wall.
