Interval = test time/5
In the first interval a test voltage of V/5 volts is applied to the DUT where V is the voltage
selected in the control window. At the end of each interval the test voltage is increased by V/5
volts. So in the last interval the test voltage will become V volts. The value at the end of each
interval is stored by the meter.
The steps to take a test in STEP mode are as follows:
To enter the step mode press the icon on the home screen and following screen
will be displayed.
To setup the basic settings of the mode press the icon. The control window will
appear as shown below.
