MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION MANUAL FOR GR1 GATE

LEADING CABLES

ANCHORING CHEMICAL ANCHOR BOLT

Cable wires shall be led to the inside of the device from the
bottom before fitting the device to the foundation.

For anchoring chemical anchor bolts the manufacturer’s
recommendations must be followed.

FITTING THE DEVICE TO ANCHOR BOLTS

CONNECTING CABLES TO DEVICES

After levelling and leading the cables, the device needs to be
fitted to the foundation with the anchor bolts.

Cables must be connected as shown in the manual (see chapter:
Sample Schemes of Connections).

SETTING OPERATION MODES

CONNECTING 24V SUPPLY

Cables must be connected as shown in the manual (see chapter:
Sample Schemes of Connections, as well as chapter: Functions of
devices).

Connecting power supply (1) can be performed by
an authorised person only. One has to make sure that neither
a person nor an object is present in the passage zones.
