Install the two nylon horns to the rudder with 2 screws. 

 

 

STEP 48 

Ensuring they are aligned to the hinge line, position the elevator horns on the underside of the 

elevator. Mark and pilot drill two mounting holes in elevator half.Now screw the control horns to 

each elevator half. The screws thread into the moulded horn plate on the top surface of the 

elevators. Do not overtighten the control horn mounting screws-you don’t want to crush the 

elevators. Trim away excess threads.
