The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which 
you have under the Trade Practices Act and similar State or Territory Laws.  Given installation is in accordance with 
the manufacturers specification, this appliance is warranted by Rinnai for the cost of labour and components in the 
event of defects arising from faulty materials and/or workmanship with the ensuing warranty conditions.
