6-1. CAUTION display
The purity meter is equipped with a self-diagnosis function. When the caution display appears on the purity
meter, it means that a minor abnormality is found by the self-diagnosis function.
Caution display: Appears when a minor abnormality is found in the purity meter operation by automatic
check function.
• Display operation:
Displays the caution detail on the screen to notify users of it.
• Caution type:
Low battery voltage, low contrast, low UV intensity, calibration failure,
out-of-specification temperature, out-of-specification pressure
See troubleshooting and take appropriate actions.
If the unit has problems and the caution display appears frequently, contact RIKEN KEIKI immediately.

NOTE
The purity meter continues measurement with the caution display. However, if the caution display
appears, promptly take an appropriate remedial measure to restore the normal condition.
