27. Cleaning
Regular maintenance is essential to keep the
unit effective, safe, and reliable for a long time.
regular maintenance activities can be
scheduled with RIELLO’s Technical Service,
whose staff is technically proficient and
equipped with original spare parts, if
necessary.
Cleaning AMW - AMW Q
The only cleaning operation the user must care
concerns the mesh filters, the air purifying filters
and the front panel.
Mesh filters AMW - AMW Q
Turn off the unit from the remote control,
pressing the on-off button.
Position the system’s main switch in the “off”
position.
Remove the front panel.
Take out the mesh filter pulling on the provided
fins.
In order to reposition, proceed in the reverse
direction.
To reset the filter light, position the system’s
main switch in the “off” position and then in
the “on” position.
Clean the mesh filter every 30 days of use.
If exposed to the sun or washed with water at
a temperature of more than 40°C, the filters
may shrink.
Do not use the unit without the mesh filter.
Do not open the access covers and carry
out technical or cleaning activities before
disconnecting the unit from the power grid
by positioning the system’s main switch in the
“off” position.
Remove dirt using a vacuum cleaner.
If badly soiled, wash it with lukewarm water
(max. 40°C) and a neutral detergent; rinse well
and let it dry in the shadow.
