ENDKONTROLLEN

schaltung fahren.

¥ Die Photozelle mit Brennerbetrieb verdunkeln:

es mu§ innerhalb 1s das Erlšschen der
Flamme und die Stšrabschaltung des Bren-
ners erfolgen.

¥ Die Fernsteuerung TL und anschlie§end auch

TS bei funktionierendem Brenner šffnen: der
Brenner mu§ anhalten.

WARTUNG
Verbrennung

Stellantrieb

Den Nocken 2)(A)S.26 durch

Drucken und Verschieben nach rechts des
Druckknopfs 3)(B)S.26 vom Stellantrieb ent-
sperren, und von Hand die ungehinderte Dreh-
bewegung vor und zurŸck ŸberprŸfen. Den
Nocken durch Verschieben nach links des
Druckknopfs 2)(B)S.26 wieder sperren.

Filter (A)

abgelagerte  Verschmutzungen vom Tankboden
absaugen.

Flammkopf

Kontrollieren Sie, ob alle Teile des

Flammkopfs ganz, nicht von der hohen Tempe-
ratur verformt, frei von Verunreinigungen aus
der Umwelt und korrekt ausgerichtet sind.

DŸse

Vermeiden Sie es die DŸsenbohrung zu

reinigen oder zu šffnen. Ersetzen Sie die DŸsen
alle 2-3 Jahre, oder wenn erforderlich. Das Aus-
wechseln der DŸsen erfordert eine Kontrolle der
Verbrennung.

Photozelle

(B)

Glas von eventuellem Staub befreien. Die Pho-
tozelle 1) krŠftig nach au§en ziehen.

Sichtfenster Flamme (C)

Das Glas bei Bedarf reinigen.

SchlŠuche

Kontrollieren Sie, ob der Zustand

der SchlŠuche gut ist.

Tank

UngefŠhr alle 5 Jahre mu§ das auf dem

Tankboden angesammelte Wasser mit einer
separaten Pumpe abgesaugt werden.

Brenner

Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Schrauben

fest angezogen sind.

…FFNUNG DES BRENNERS (D)

- Spannung unterbrechen.
- Die Schrauben 1) lockern und die Verkleidung

2) abnehmen.

- Schrauben 3) abdrehen.
- Die beiden VerlŠngerungen 4) auf die FŸhrun-

gen 5) einbauen.

- Die Kabel der ZŸndelektroden abstecken. Teil

A zurŸcksetzen, dabei leicht angehoben hal-
ten, um die Scheibe 6) auf dem Flammrohr 7)
nicht zu beschŠdigen.

BEI …LPUMPEN- UND/ODER KUPPLUNGS-
AUSTAUSCH (E)

Bild (E) beachten.

FINAL CHECKS

¥ Obscure the photocell and switch off the con-

trol devices: the burner should start and then
lock-out about 5 s after starting.

¥ Illuminate the photocell and switch off the con-

trol devices: burner should go into lock-out.

¥ Obscure the photocell while the burner is oper-

ating: ßame should go out and burner lock out
within 1 s.

¥ Switch on control device TL followed by control

device  TS while the burner is operating: the
burner should stop.

MAINTENANCE
Combustion

It is required an analysis of the ßue gases at the
boiler outlet. SigniÞcant differences with respect
to the previous measurements indicate the
points where more care should be exercised
during maintenance.

Pump

The pump delivery pressure  must be stable at
20 bar.
The depression must be less than 0.45 bar.
Unusual noise must not be evident during pump
operation.
If the pressure is found to be unstable or if the
pump runs noisily, the ßexible hose must be
detached from the line Þlter and the fuel must be
sucked from a tank located near the burner. This
measure permits the cause of the anomaly to be
traced to either the suction line or the pump.
If the pump is found to be responsible, check to
make sure that the Þlter is not dirty. The vacuum
meter is installed up-line from the Þlter and con-
sequently will not indicate whether the Þlter is
clogged or not. Contrarily, if the problem lies in
the suction line, check to make sure that the Þl-
ter is clean and that air is not entering the pip-
ing.

Servomotor

Disengage the cam 2)(A)p.26 from the servomo-
tor, by pressing and moving button 3)(B)p.26
towards the right, and turn it backwards and for-
wards by hand to make sure it moves freely.
Now engage the cam again by moving the but-
ton 2)(B)p.26 to the left.

Filters

(A)

Check the following Þlter boxes:
¥ on line 1)  ¥ in pump 2)  ¥ at nozzle 3), and
clean or replace as required.
If rust or other impurities are observed inside
the pump, use a separate pump to suck out any
water and other impurities that may have depos-
ited on the bottom of the tank.

Combustion head

Check to make sure that all the parts of the
combustion head are in good condition, posi-
tioned correctly, free of all impurities, and that no
deformation has been caused by operation at
high temperatures.

Nozzle

Do not clean the nozzle openings.
Replace the nozzles every 2-3 years or when-
ever necessary. Combustion must be checked
after the nozzles have been changed.

Photocell

(B)

Clean the glass cover from any dust that may
have accumulated. Photocell 1) can be removed
by pulling it outward forcefully.

Flame inspection window (C)

Clean the glass.

Flexible hoses

Check to make sure that the ßexible hoses are
still in good condition.

Fuel tank

Every 5 years, or whenever necessary, suck out
any water or other impurities present on the bot-
tom of the tank using a separate pump.

Burner

Make sure that the screws are fully tightened.

TO OPEN THE BURNER (D)

- Switch off the electrical power
- Loosen screws 1) and withdraw the cover 2)
- Unscrew screws 3)
- Fit the two extensions 4) onto the slide bars 5)
- Pull part A backward keeping it slightly raised

to avoid damaging the disk 6) on blast tube 7)
and disconnecting ignition electrodes cables.

FUEL PUMP AND/OR COUPLINGS
REPLACEMENT (E)

Carry out in conformity with Þgs. (E).

ENTRETIEN
Combustion

Servomoteur

Filtres

(A)

buse 7).

REMPLACEMENT EVENTUEL DE LA POMPE
ET/OU DES ACCOUPLEMENTS (E)

Effectuer le montage en respectant les indica-
tions des Þgures (E).
