Appendices

Appendix A: Docking Fin Removal

If you are using the Compact2 with a monitor that does
not mount onto the docking system, you can remove the
docking fins for easier transport and storage.

1. Unscrew all twelve screws with a Phillips screwdriver

from one of the docking fins.

2. Pull apart the fin plates and remove them from the

frame.

3. Repeat the same steps for the other side.

Appendix B: Camera Fault Isolation

1. Remove the camera from the push cable.

Note: Refer to Appendix C for instructions on how to
remove the camera.

2. Plug the camera directly into the monitor’s system

cable socket.

3. Press the Power key to power on the system.

Make sure there is video feedback and the LED
lights flash.

• If there is video feedback and the LED lights

flash, the camera is working properly.

• If there is no video feedback or if the LED lights

do not flash, the camera is at fault.
