冲孔头使用说明

将螺柱插入待冲孔材料上的导孔。

将模具与冲孔器相匹配的一边套上螺柱,切口朝向材料。用手
将其紧固,直至冲压头、垫圈、模具、材料以及冲孔器之间没
有空隙。如果部件之间留有空隙,则模具无法与材料成直角,
并可能导致设备损坏或人身伤害。

确保冲孔器完全套紧螺柱。如果只是部分套入,则切勿进行操
作,这样可能损坏螺柱。如果冲孔器无法完全套入螺柱,则可
能需要拆下垫圈。

冲孔头设置

拆下工具电池。按下

QCS

套筒插入冲孔头。松开套筒,固定

冲孔头。在启动工具之前,确认冲孔头已完全插入工具(如果
冲孔头未锁定在

QCS

中,则按下泄压按钮确保工具柱塞完全

收回)。

在电动工具中安装冲孔头

双手远离冲孔头和其它移动部件,然后按照说明对电动工具进

行操作。冲孔完毕后,即刻松开运行开关。切勿按住运行开关
直到柱塞自动收回,这样可能导致冲孔器冲到超过模具最底部,
从而打破冲孔器/模具。按下电动工具的泄压开关收回柱塞。

关闭电动工具,从孔中拆下冲孔器。小心锋利切边。
