The safe use of this product requires an understanding of
the information on the product and in this operator’s manual
as well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting.
Before use of this product, familiarize yourself with all op-
erating features and safety rules.
BELT HOOK
Your impact driver has a belt hook that can be used on either
side of the tool base.
BIT STORAGE
A bit can be placed in the storage area, located on the base
of the tool.
QUICK LOAD BIT HOLDER
The bit is easily installed by pushing it into the coupler until
it locks into place. The bit is ejected by pushing the coupler
away from the tool.
DIRECTION OF ROTATION SELECTOR
(FORWARD/REVERSE/CENTER LOCK)
Your impact driver has a direction of rotation (forward/re-
verse/center lock) selector located above the switch trigger
for changing the direction of bit rotation. Setting the direction
of rotation selector in the
OFF
(center lock) position will lock
the switch trigger to help reduce the possibility of accidental
starting when not in use.
IMPACT SPEED
This tool features an impact speed of 0-3,100 IPM (Impacts
Per Minute).
LED GRIP LIGHT
The LED light, located on the front of the tool base, illumi-
nates when either the switch trigger or grip light switch is
depressed.
VARIABLE SPEED
The variable speed switch trigger delivers higher speed with
increased trigger pressure and lower speed with decreased
trigger pressure.
UNPACKING
This product has been shipped completely assembled.
Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. Make sure that all items listed in the packing list
are included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if it is not completely
assembled or if any parts appear to be missing
or damaged. Use of a product that is not properly
and completely assembled could result in serious
personal injury.
ASSEMBLY
Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.
