Bug information

 

 

Problem: 

After a user logs in to an MFP and operates "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder" and logs out, if another 

user logs in to the MFP and operates "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder" two or more times, the second 

user's job(s) will be delivered to the first user via email. 

 

Occurrence conditions: 

This problem may occur if all of the following conditions are met. 

 

Target versions 

> GlobalScan NX Server Edition (Serverless Edition is NOT affected.) 

Version 1 -> v1.2 or later 

Version 2 -> All versions 

 

> Streamline NX 

Version 1 -> All versions 

Version 2 -> All versions 

 

Target settings 

Workflows that contain "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder".
