[ Return Receipt ]
is se-
lected, an e-mail notifying
that the e-mail has been read
by the destination party is
sent to the sender selected
here. However, if the mailing
software used by the destina-
tion party does not support
MDN (Message Disposition
Notification), the setting in
[ Return Receipt ]
becomes in-
valid.

Searching for a sender to select
There are two ways to search a
sender: searching it by destination
name or index, or searching it by e-
mail address.
A
Press [ Attach Sender's Name ] .
B
Press [ Search ] .
C
Press [ Destination Name ] .
To search using e-mail address-
es, press
[ E-mail Address ] .
The soft keyboard is displayed
for entering a destination name
or for entering an e-mail ad-
dress.
D
Enter the sender name or the e-
mail address.

You can also search by enter-
ing the first character or char-
acters of the sender name or
the e-mail address.

It is also possible to perform
a combined search using
[ Destination Name ] and [ E-mail
Address ]
.

It is necessary to discriminate
between uppercase and low-
ercase letters.
