Do not assume of your knowledge of the shredder. Remember that a split second of negligence is
sufficient to cause serious damage.
3.3- In the event of emergency
Stop immediately the shredder and unplug from mains.
Assist the injured person with first aid and call for medical assistance as quickly as possible.
IV- GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking and Content
- Remove product from its packaging.
- Check that tool and accessories are not damage
4.2- Presentation
The machine is delivered pre-assembled.
However, certain parts need to be assembled by the user.
The shredder MUST be assembled correctly before use.
4.3- Assembly (Fig.2)
- Assemble the frame with the locking
nuts (2) to the plastic housing.
- Assemble the wheels axle (3) with the 2
screws (4) and nuts (2) onto the frame.
- Slide the wheels (5) onto the axle.
Fit the wheel cover (6), softly with a
hammer, on the wheels axle.

4.4- Power supply
Always use the correct supply voltage.
The power supply voltage must match the information quoted on your shredder's identification
plate. Shredders with a rating of 230V can only be connected to a 230V mains supply.
The shredder shall be supplied via a residual current device (RCD) with a tripping current of not
more than 30mA.
An extension cable with a cross section that is too small causes a distinct reduction in the
performance capabilities of the machine. For cables up to 25m in length, a cross section of at least 3
x 1.5 mm2 is required; for cables more than 25 m in length, the cross section must be at least 2.5
mm2.
4.5- Starting and Stopping the shredder [On/off switch] (Fig.3)
Press the green button (3) to switch on the shredder.
Press the red button (3) to switch it off.
Note: This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic switch to prevent
it from being unexpectedly switched on when power source recovered.
4.6- Reversing switch (Fig.3)
Caution!
The reversing switch can only be operated when the shredder is
switched off.
