WARRANTY

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and Electrical Inspections may be performed by the owner. Mechanical 

Inspections should be performed by a qualified technician. 

If you do not understand these warnings or instructions, contact Rhythm Healthcare, 

LLC customer service before using this equipment. 

Unplug the power cord before cleaning or performing maintenance on the electric 

bed.  

Cleaning

> Wipe down the entire bed and frame with a disinfectant and allow to dry 

   completely before use. Do not pressure wash. 

> Raise the head and foot sections of the bed and remove any dust from frame. 

> Remove the mattress and clean the mattress deck. 

Electronics

> Check all electrical components for damage and/or wear.

> Check that all controls function properly and cords are not frayed and do not 

   interfere with moving parts. Replace 9V battery. 

Mechanical

NOTE TO TECHNICIANS: Do not service the electrical bed without first reading and 

understanding this user manual.

> Lightly grease the actuator threads with white lithium grease and lubricate 

   caster roller and swivel bearings with light machine oil.

> Inspect all bed components for damage or excessive wear. 

   Check all bolts and fasteners for proper functioning and tighten as needed. Do 

   not over tighten bolts at pivot points.

> Check mounting hardware for bending or excessive wear. 

> Check spring clips between sleeping surface sections and reconnect or replace 

   if necessary.

> Inspect the deck components for bending or damage. 

> Visually examine all welds for cracks. 

> Check casters to ensure they roll and lock properly. 

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on welds. 

5 Year Warranty on Frame and Motor.

1 Year Warranty on all other parts and components.

This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage 

or handling, improper operation and unauthorized modifications.

It is recommended but not required that the product be returned to the Rhythm Healthcare, 

LLC / Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealer through whom it was originally purchased. However, all 

Rhythm Healthcare, LLC / Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealers are qualified to assist you in 

obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Rhythm Healthcare, LLC / 

Lifestyle Mobility Aids will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced.

This Rhythm Healthcare, LLC / Lifestyle Mobility Aids product is identified by the serial 

number at the time of manufacture. Removing or defacing the serial number label may 

void this warranty. If you have questions about your Rhythm Healthcare, LLC / Lifestyle
