new set of brushes have been installed.

When the carbon is worn to 6 mm in length

or damaged, replace both brushes. If 

the brushes are found serviceable after 

removing, reinstalling them.

Carefully remove the spring-loaded cap. 

Then pull out the brush (3) and replace. 

Replace for the other side. To reassemble, 

reverse the procedure. The ears on the 

metal end of the assembly go in the same 

cap snugly, but do not overtighten.

CHANGING THE BELT (FIG. 28)

1.  Loosen the two screws (1) on the 

  belt cover (2) and  remove the belt 

cover (2).

2.  Pull outward the belt (3) and turn 

the large transmitting shaft (4) 

simultaneously for allowing the belt (3) 

to depart from the small transmitting 

shaft (5).

3.  Put one end of a new belt on the large 

transmitting shaft (4) and then put 

the part of the other end on the small 

transmitting shaft (5).

4.  Turn the large transmitting shaft (4) and 

push inward the new belt until the new 

belt hangs on the small transmitting 

shaft (5) completely.

5.  Replace the belt cover (1) and tighten 

the two screws (2).

WARNING! Turn the switch off and 

remove the plug from the power source 

outlet before changing the belt. 

새 기계 이거나 새 카본브러시로 교체 한 경우
사용 시간이 50시간이 지나면 카본브러시를
점검하십시오. 첫번째 검사 후 10시간마다
검사하십시오.

카본브러시가 6mm 길이로 마모되었거나 
스프링 또는 와이어가 타거나 손상된 경우 
카본브러시 2개를 모두 교체하십시오.  
카본브러시의 재사용 가능하다고 판단되면 
다시 설치하십시오.

카본브러시를 점검하려면 먼저 전원플러그를
분리하십시오. 그런 다음 모터 측면(2)의 
검정색 플라스틱 캡(1)을 제거하십시오.
그런 다음 카본브러시(3)를 빼서 새 카본
브러시로 교체하십시오. 다시 조립하려면 
역순으로 하십시오. 플라스틱 캡은 너무 세게 
조이지 마십시오.

풀고 벨트 커버(2)를 제거하십시오.

벨트(3)를 바깥쪽으로 당기면서 풀리(4)를 
돌리십시오. 동시에 벨트(3)가 모터풀리(5)
로부터 이탈 되도록 하십시오.

풀리(4)에 새 벨트의 한쪽 끝을 걸고 
모터풀리(5)에 다른 쪽 끝 부분을 끼워 
주십시오.

4. 

풀리(4)를 돌리면서 새로운 벨트가
모터풀리(5)에 완전히 걸릴 때까지 새 벨트를
안쪽으로 밀어 넣으십시오.

5. 

벨트 커버(1)를 다시 끼우고 두 개의 나사(2)
를 조여 주십시오.

경고!  벨트를 교체하기 전에 스위치를 끄고 전원 
콘센트에서 플러그를 뽑으십시오.
