Assembly

INSTALLING THE DEPTH ADJUSTMENT 

HANDLE (FIG. 2)

1.  Place the depth adjustment handle (1) 

on the right hand side, on the top of the 

machine.

2.  Insert the hex socket bolt (2) into the 

handle (1). Tighten the hex socket 

  bolt (2).

3.  Press the cap (3) on the left hand side.

NOTE:

 The depth adjustment handle can be 

installed on either the right-hand side or left-

hand side. The illustration shows the depth 

adjustment handle on the right-hand side.

INSTALLING POWER CORD BRACKETS 

(FIG. 3)

Power cord brackets (1) are provided for 

convenient power cord storage. 

1.  Attach the power cord brackets (1) to 

the back of the thicknesser, as shown, 

with two screws (2). 

2.  Tighten the screws (2).

INSTALLING THE DUST COLLECTOR 

(FIG. 4)

1.  Attach the dust collector (2) to the back 

of the thicknesser, as shown, with three 

screws (1).

2.  Thread the three screws (1) to the 

pre-drilled holes (3) in back of the 

thicknesser.

3.  Tighten the screws (1).

NOTE: 

This tool was accurately adjusted 

before shipping from the factory. Check 

the following accuracy and readjust them if 

necessary in order to obtain the best results 

in operation.
