Click Start > Control Panel

Click 'View Devices and Printers' in the 'Hardware and

Sound' section

Right Click over 'AXE027 PICAXE USB' and select Properties

Click Hardware Tab

Highlight (click on) 'AXE027 PICAXE USB' in the list

Click Properties button

Click 'Change Settings' button
